    Backstreet Boys singer Brian Littrell and his family, wife Leighanne
    Wallace and son Baylee Thomas Wylee, are all smiles upon arrival at Los
    Angeles International Airport. Littrell appears to have suffered an
    injury to his left forearm as he wears a red cast, forcing him to carry
    the family dog with his right hand. Littrell's son Baylee, who suffers
    from Kawasaki Disease, has been a topic of discussion in recent news
    following the tragic death of actor John Travolta's son, Jett, who was
    rumored to have also been afflicted with the same mysterious ailment.
